[Accidental Action]

[Anyone around the outskirts of Luceti's village today might notice a girl wandering around, avoiding high traffic areas. There are three reasons that they might notice her.

1. Her expression is guarded, but she can't keep out some hints of being very afraid.

2. Half the time she is walking shoulders hunched inward, with nervous steps while she keeps looking out for people seeing her--that is, a walk that is trying so hard to be unnoticed that everyone notices. The other half of the time, she's trying to sneak between trees and behind buildings with such stealth as to be even more obvious than the walk--Solid Snake, she is not.

3. ...She looks a little ridiculous. The outer layer is a dress something like this, only hiked up to not trip her up as she's about five inches shorter than the intended wearer. But she's also wearing a coat over it and a second dress underneath due to the cold, and it's fairly obvious she is since the collars are designed differently. Speaking of that, it's hanging rather loosely on her there, since it was made for someone who is anime!racked. She's kept decent by the fact that she's still wearing the New Feather dress underneath those, which covers up the rest of her to her neck. Also, unlike in the icon, her hair is tucked up inside of an unusual hat. She's probably even in bad footwear for the weather, but it's impossible to tell since the dresses are trailing in the snow. EDIT: ...Also, she probably has hidden her wings under some scarf.

She's trying to not attract attention, but this is not obvious.

...Oh yeah, forgot. She has her journal with her, but she hasn't opened it and she's holding it so that her name is hidden by her body.]

[ooc: Also, because I imagine that any of them would be inclined to get her out of this somewhat odd get-up and she's not likely to trust anyone else, any Ferines threads probably take place after any others.

It's called Luceti. People get dragged in here from different... dimensions, I guess. Most of their worlds work different from ours. Time works different too. I've been stuck here for two years already.

[She starts to lift a hand to check if he has a fever, but she stops herself.] Are you feeling well?

[It's that or insane, Senel. And, what, now you're not avoiding Shirley? But whatever. It'll be good to find someone who makes sense.] ...Okay.

[He was never avoiding her it was just... complicated. Really complicated. But he'll start heading in the direction of Shirley and Walter's far-flung house causing a time paradox on the way...]

[Well, she was expecting that he was going to avoid her for a while after that fail!confession. I don't think that Fenimore really thought he was avoiding her much before that, even if she had to go ask him to visit. Anyway, she follows along I think time paradoxes are pretty rampant in this post since she's getting at least three unique first introductions to the concept of Luceti. Maybe they meet someone else besides Shirley.]

[Walter is tromping around on the roof, in the middle of all the snowfall, knocking excess snow off the sides. It had been building up again, and he's still paranoid about snow making the roof cave in. Like everyone else, he's dressed for the weather, having donned a thick white sweater under his almost-ever-present cloak.

He's also got his back to them, so he hasn't noticed them yet.]

[...it's Walter, still working hard. Senel was hoping not to run into him. But he'd at least be nice to Fenimore.]

[Walter shifts at the call, looking annoyed. He doesn't see Senel much, but it would be a bizarre day for him to not recognize that voice. He moves towards the side of the roof closest to where Senel is standing, looking down at him and the stranger next to him.]

What is it, Senel?

[This voice might require him to think back a ways, but it still should be audible even if it's addressed to Senel.]

He's on the roof?
